An Important Note. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the personal information that we process on behalf of our customers through their use of our Services (“Customer Data”). Our customers’ respective privacy policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. Please ensure that your use of the Services complies with the terms of our contracts with our Customers and our instructions to the Customers, which may include specific guidance not to enter personal information in open text fields where it is not requested or required to operate the Services. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.
Changes to our Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

Conferences, Trade Shows, and other Events. We may attend conferences, trade shows, and other events where we collect personal information from individuals who interact with or express an interest in Persefoni and/or the Services.
