Climate Platform Persefoni announces Keith Denham as Vice President & General Manager of Corporate Solutions

Persefoni, the climate platform for enterprises and institutional investors to provide real-time assessments and management of their carbon footprint, today announced that Keith Denham will join the company as Vice President & General Manager of Corporate Solutions. Denham joins Persefoni with over 25 years of experience in governance, compliance and technology consulting. Denham’s expansive career across risk management and corporate governance includes 20 years at Deloitte during which he held several leadership positions, including Advisory Retail and Consumer Leader in which he oversaw hundreds of consultants.

At Persefoni, Denham will oversee the growth of the company’s carbon accounting solutions while providing counsel on sustainability strategies, risk management, and compliance to support client implementation of Persefoni’s carbon accounting technology. In addition to supporting the adoption of Persefoni’s carbon accounting technology, Denham will support the development of Persefoni’s industry-leading team to support the company’s burgeoning client portfolio and Sustainability Advisory Board.

Denham joins Persefoni after his previous role as Global Managing Principal at CohnReznick LLP, one of the largest accounting, tax and advisory firms in the world. During his seven years at  CohnReznick LLP, Denham’s counsel specialized in governance, finance transformation and technology  among other practices, helping clients across industries understand the complex network of technology needs, regulatory requirements, and risk inherent to their business operations. Denham has also been a dedicated board member across numerous Boston professional and community organizations, including the Beth Israel Deaconess Leadership Board, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Cancer Advisory Board and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Health & Wellness Advisory Board.
